Our service team rivals that of  upscale resorts. Should a guest require immediate attention while in-home, our Guest Relations Team is there to help.

• We are committed to Owner Relations – We are dedicated to serving as your personal connection to Durango Colorado Vacations. This team steps in to completely set up our homes for short-term rental upon closing, or entering the vacation rental market Additionally, we routinely inspect properties in order to communicate with owners any necessary upgrades or replacement equipment needed.
  

• We Account for everything. Our accounting team makes sure the numbers add up. Your statements are precise and on time. They sweat the details for you. Rental property owners managed by Durango Colorado Vacations can now view their monthly statements, property availability and bookings online.
